When I began reading my email on Sunday evening, I desparately hoped this didn't actually become this, but somehow, I knew it was already over for Larry.
I knew Mr. Fullmer (as much as one can know someone else online) from one of my favorite discussion lists on libertarian issues. Larry was an unique fellow and passionate to no end in his convictions. He could throw out profanity-laden condemnations one minute, and have something nice to say the next. It was obvious that the man existed on a different plane from the rest of us, but I never thought his troubles would get the best of him.
Take care Larry, wherever you are now. I barely knew you, but I will miss you.
