I won’t have time to do an episode of Liberty Cap Talk Live this week because of me getting a new puppy, doing some stuff that’s not show related, and what not. But LCTL will be back to complete the rest of the season, beginning April 14. Tomorrow I will be doing house work and other stuff.
However, I am thinking of ending the season early because of personal and rl matters getting in the way. So I will air the last eight new episodes and cut out a few. Normally the show is 28 episodes a season, but this year it will be less than that. Also, I’m dropping the New UnRules and End-of-Show Commentary, as I’ve never gotten any feedback about them, and I guess they are cheesy.
When the show returns on June 14, I’d like to have some new panelists. Please, if you’re interested in doing the show and are libertarians, voluntaryists, anarchists, whatever, or perhaps a liberal and a conservative, please contact me, I’d love to have you on, even if it’s for a fiery debate on the regular show. I am, however, disappointed by the lack of enthusiasm to be on the show….and i guess no one wants to…..so I’ll let Jim handle it if he can.

I am planning to do a shorter season of Liberty Cap Talk Live this upcoming fall, because I have an announcement to make.
Season Four of LCTL will be the final season of the entire series. I am planning to do 22 episodes, as opposed to the usual 28 episodes. This season we’re doing 26, so 22 are going to be produced. Anybody who wants to be on the show, let me know.
I am phasing myself out of the Internet radio business, as I have grown tired of it. I just don’t have time to do it like I used to anymore, so this will be my final way of saying good-bye not only to the radio business, but it will be my fond farewell to the Liberty movement, as I am retiring from it for good.
The new season will commence on October 21 at 8 p.m. EST. The show will be moved to Sundays at 8 p.m. EST. I wish everyone a wonderful summer, and I hope your lives are fantastic as ever.

We’ll do a two-week catch up for two hours. One of the topics we need to cover by then, and hopefully we’ll know all the answers is regarding the shooting at the movie theater in Aurora, Colorado.

I’d like to make an amendment to my earlier announcement about Liberty Cap Talk Live’s upcoming fourth season. I stated that it would be the show’s final season. I was not myself, so chalk it up to a really bad time for me tonight and a really depressing week due to my arguments with my mother.
Season Four will not be the final season. I have no plans to cancel the show after this fall. My bad there, of course.
Also, I noted that this season will be a shorter season of 22 episodes. Nope, because of the same reasons as stated above. 28 episodes will be commissioned and produced. I’ll just have to work harder at this.
While I have been depressed as of late, it’s unfair of me to take it out on the show. I still love doing the show, even if it hasn’t turned a profit. I’m not pulling the plug. But it would be nice if people donated money to help the costs of the show, the new website plans we have for it, and so forth.
Can you make a difference? Please do. I need to continue to fight the good fight, which proves that I have no intention of leaving the Liberty movement.
I need input from Jim, Mike Hoskins, and perhaps others as to how to address the booking problems we’ve been having. And I need a producer on the show. At least several producers and maybe an executive producer. Any volunteers? I can’t pay you, but it would be along the lines of an internship, and it would be a great experience.

I’ve made a very big and bold decision today. It’s not something I wanted to do, but I was heading into this direction a long time ago.
It was my battle with Tracy Diaz and past battles with Adam Kokesh and Christopher that have led me to make this choice. It’s a hard choice I’ve had to make, and it’s not one I wanted to make, but it’s one I was forced into making whether I wanted it or not and whether I liked it or not.
So here’s my choice:
As of today, I am hereby leaving the libertarian movement for good. I refuse to donate to, help out, and build up *ANY* high-profile “libertarian” and his or her groupies under any circumstances. I am label-less, so I have no label to describe my political disposition now and until I reach old age and go to my grave.
I will continue hosting, running, and doing Liberty Cap Talk Live as usual. I will only invite small names (people I like, that is) and do without the huge people I dislike (the big, big names that is). I will comment and continue to comment on the fucked-up, self-sabotaged, irrevocably damaged and “salvageable,” and “will-always-be-small” movement as I see it on the outside and not on the inside. But I am gone from this once-beautiful.movement. It’s gone forever. What a shame though! What a shame!
This movement is over. I’m cutting my losses right now. I’ll stay in touch with the very few good people I’ve made friends with. But that’s as far as it will go.
Goodbye. It was knowing the movement and everyone. Seriously. Truthfully.

Since no one is available for a third guest panelist spot and a guest interview spot as well on tomorrow night’s Liberty Cap Talk Live, I will delay it once again until next Saturday. If no one is available to do it again next Saturday night, I’m cancelling the show for good.
Asking people to appear on my show is like pulling teeth. If people are interested, they can message me on here. If not, fine by me. I am seriously considering this season to be the final season of the series and then I’m going on my merry way.

I’ve decided to come back as a talk radio show with Liberty Cap Talk Live returning on October 10. After thinking about it, #LibertyCapTalkLive will continue for two more seasons — that is, if Will and Jim are on board.
Here’s the deal: I’m gonna work with #JNeilSchulman to build a new libertarian movement, but it will have to be a new label for it. The term “libertarian,” as much as I had tried to salvage what was left of it, is gone. It no longer exists. With our losses having been well-established libertarians (like Scott Horton) attacking long-time libertarians (like Neil here) over petty nonsense, the movement having been penetrated by statists (like #ChristopherCantwell) and others and having been in our sights for some time (as I don’t believe they are advocates of liberty), it’s time to create a movement that will be distinct from this “libertarian movement,” which functions more like a #Changeling than the Real McCoy.
I don’t know what to call it, but it’s time to forge new relationships, cut our losses, and forget that the old one exists. How about it?

The Declaration of Independence: A Transcription
IN CONGRESS, July 4, 1776.
The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America,
When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.–Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.
He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.
He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.
He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.
He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.
He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.
He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.
He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers.
He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.
He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance.
He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.
He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.
He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:
For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:
For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:
For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:
For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:
For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury:
For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences
For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighbouring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies:
For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:
For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.
He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.
He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.
He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.
He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.
He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.
In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.
Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our Brittish brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.
We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do.
