Dear Senators Warner and Allen and Representative Moran:

The tax cut of 2001 eliminated the Death Tax over 10 years. But that punitive and offensive tax is scheduled to reappear in 2011.

The Death Tax penalizes those who save and build wealth over time. It destroys family businesses and forces farm families to sell their farms. It represents exactly the wrong priorities for a strong, 21st century America.

The money that I earn and save over my lifetime belongs to me and to my family. I have already paid taxes on it. I want it to stay in my family.

Permanently repeal the Death Tax – Finally!

Sincerely,

James Landrith
