Body Shaming as a Male Survivor

#SAAM2020 As a male survivor, I am constantly lectured by alleged allies on how easy I have it because no one asks “what were you wearing.”

First, that isn’t really true. Second, that dishonestly skews reality by promoting the false impression that only one type of victim-shaming is real or harmful.

Shaming comes in many forms. For instance, it sometimes looks like a radfem collective using a screenshot of your face and making the case that you are too unattractive to be raped by a woman. (ahem)
