In spite of all of the pain and sorrow of today’s hateful mass murders in Orlando, it was still Loving Day. As someone who lives in Virginia and dated several black women before marrying interracially, I owe a debt of gratitude to the bravery of the Lovings and their ACLU counsel for paving the way via Loving v. Virginia.
Thank you Mildred and Richard for all you did to make a positive change in this world.
