American Terrorist Arrested

Arrest made in old civil rights case: Man is charged in 1964 slayings of 3 in Mississippi By SHELIA BYRD Associated Press

PHILADELPHIA, MISS. – More than 40 years after one of the most notorious crimes of the turbulent civil rights era ƒ€” the "Freedom Summer" slayings of three young civil rights workers ƒ€” a reputed Ku Klux Klansman was arrested Thursday on murder charges in the case.

Sheriff Larry Myers said Edgar Ray Killen was arrested at his home without incident. Myers said there would be more arrests in connection with the killings, which were dramatized in the 1988 movie Mississippi Burning.

Personally, I don't care how old the perpetrators in this case may be, there is a price to be paid for taking someone else's life. As someone who lost a family member in an "interracial" murder, I don't have any problem with throwing a senior citizen in jail for murder and terrorism – and make no mistake, the various Ku Klux Klan groups ARE terrorist organizations.

Lock. Key. Throw Away.
