A judge ordered that the ballot summary for Proposition 54 be changed, saying it does not accurately portray the measure's potential effect on medical research.
It is interesting that this story only points out the solitary change ordered by the judge. The AP completely omitted the fact that 90% of the lawsuit was rejected. That isn't bad reporting, that's slanted and biased reporting.
