I received an email from Deborah Williamson regarding the Cedar Rapids Gazette ignoring the Libertarian and Green party candidates in their upcoming gubernatorial debates. The following is excerpted from her email:
"The Libertarian and Green Parties have just received confirmation that their legitimate candidates, both having achieved ballot access, will not be allowed to participate in the upcoming gubernatorial debates sponsored by the Cedar Rapids Gazette. Please visit this link. There you can follow directions for sending a letter to the editor. Also, please call KCRG TV 9 1-800-332-5443 and Cedar Rapids Gazette 319-398-8211 to leave a message."
The Libertarian candidate is Clyde Cleveland.
