Mickale David “Mick” Landrith, 55, of Albuquerque, N.M., formerly of Pekin, died Tuesday, January 01, 2002, at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Albuquerque. He was born December 29, 1946, in Pekin to Thomas P. and Dalta Lou Eggena Landrith. Surviving are two sons, James of Albuquerque and Jeffrey of Boston, Massachuesetts; one daughter, Jennifer Landrith of Albuquerque; two sisters, Lou Ann Stewart of Farmington and Pamela Steward (and Ron) Haig of Lewistown; and two brothers, Joseph (and Linda) Stewart of South Pekin and John (and Brenda) Stewart of Marquette Heights. He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant son, Jonathan M. Landrith. An Army veteran, he served two tours of duty in Vietnam and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He formerly owned and operated several radio stations in the Southwest and also was a magazine publisher. A memorial service will be at 9 a.m. Monday at Fitzgerald and Son Funeral Directors in Albuquerque. There will be no visitation. Burial will be in Santa Fe National Cemetery in Santa Fe, N.M.
