Bigoted Advocacy

Any time that men or women disclose sexual violence at the hands of women, breathless “allies” rush in out of the blue. Typically, they may say something generic like “all sexual violence is bad”. Okay, cool, cool. However, like all bigots, they have a “but”. Next, they gonna hit you with, “but it is really men who are doing it to other men and women.”

First off, that’s not even accurate when you look beyond cherry-picked data. Second, toxic, weak advocates like that are most of the reason that more victims of female perpetrators don’t come forward. Silencing by alleged allies is toxic activism and malignant advocacy. Full stop.

Also, what did you gain by doing that to a survivor telling their story? Why? Just Why?

If this is how you react to survivors of female perpetration, you are not a safe person to be around in this field. Period.
