A demoralizing aspect of being a survivor in the media are trolls. This is a photo of me, taken less than a year after I was raped in 1990. When I was interviewed by HuffPost Live in 2012. I was shamed by radfem extremists for my weight & age (41).
I waited nearly 20 years to first talk about it (2008). Apparently, I wasn’t “hot” enough to be assaulted according to radfem trolls. Yes, people actually believe that wack shit.
