Gene Healy summed up Jonah Goldberg's recent admission of error on the Iraq War:
"So we carried out a countrywide Waco. At least we don't stink of patchouli."
Given Jonah's self-righteous past support of said war, I'm expecting more than a backhanded admission of error. How about a genuine, heartfelt apology?
I'm not gonna hold my breath waiting.
That would imply a moral and intellectual maturity far beyond the grasp of your average conservative.
