Well, DoD has released it's draft of Guidelines to Railroad Suspects and Get Around the Bill of Rights, also known as the Military Commission Draft Crimes and Elements Instruction.
I can't wait. I've seen military justice in action. It ain't pretty and it's seldom fair. A military tribunal where suspects have even fewer rights than those granted under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, however, is just a kangaroo court and a sham. I'm ashamed of this Administration. I'm ashamed of DoD.
I'm ashamed of my government. And I'm ashamed of my fellow Americans who are marching us blindly towards that long, dark night.
