Thomas Knapp gets a little pessimistic in this editorial from Rational Review. Well, not exactly, give it a read and you'll understand. It is hard not to be pessimistic about liberty with conservative apologists running around with their heads up John Ashcroft's ass and sellout paleolibertarians more concerned about the color of their neighbor's skin or their sexual orientation than their liberty.
I too am pessimistic, but at the same time, hopeful. The work of Thomas Knapp and others equally dedicated to the cause of liberty is all the encouragement I need.
