Iraq and Let’s Roll

If you live under a rock and haven't yet read Radley's soul baring post on how he came off the fence regarding war with Iraq, go check it out. It's worth the read.

My last post on the issue is here. Quite simply, the Administration hasn't made it's case and as a libertarian I can't justify sending American bombs to Iraq on a first strike war provocation. This isn't going to be the simple little war that warbloggers expect and desire. It will be extremely devasting on civilians in urban regions, unpredictable and quite capable of engulfing the entire region. Let's not talk about the renewed terrorist threat, damage to the U.S. economy and civil liberties rollbacks that will occur when the fighting begins.
