I wonder what proponents of socialized medicine (like Michael Moore) will have to say about this. CBC News reports that a Victoria woman died in the waiting room of a hospital emergency ward AFTER being brought there by ambulance due to suffering heart attack symptoms. Problem is, waiting is all people do when seeking care in Canada. Waiting 3, 4, 5 or 6 months for surgical procedures or even simple medical appointments that could be handled in a few weeks in the U.S. is not uncommon. Yet folks like Michael Moore think Canada's system is the better standard that we should all be forced to endure?
