Of course, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of drug-testing kids. It's not enough to hold them hostage in public schools, subject to the whim of whatever educrat happens to be in power locally. We must also force a socialist loyalty oath on them. (While the Supreme Court did rule in 1943 that a person could not be required to recite the Pledge, school districts all over the country have ignored that ruling for years. Exclusion of children from school activities and outright suspensions still occur, in spite of the ruling.) Next, we've pissed on the 4th Amendment with what should have been ruled an unConstitutional drug testing policy. The "conservative-leaning" Supreme Court has failed again. Separation of School and State folks. Let's get on with it.
