PLAINTIFFS’ CROSS-MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 56 and Local Civil Rule 7.1(h), plaintiffs hereby move for summary judgment in their favor, on the grounds that defendant has failed to meet its burden of proving that the information plaintiffs requested is exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act and because plaintiffs are entitled to the requested information under the common law. The reasons for this motion are more fully set forth in the accompanying Statement of Material Facts, Memorandum of Points and Authorities, and exhibits thereto.
Respectfully submitted,

Thank you for the examples. I am trying to fight a law suit without an attorney.
