A judge ordered all employees of the Franklin County Department of Children's Services arrested when a custody ruling wasn't immediately implemented.
Under bench warrants issued by Juvenile Court Judge Floyd Davis Thursday evening, officers were instructed to go to the Children's Services office and ''arrest any worker in the building,'' said Dorothy Buck, a DCS attorney. Three people were charged with custodial interference.
Anyone not connected with the particular two year-olds case has a bigtime lawsuit to file against the judge. Some secretary doing his/her job shuold not be arrested for the failure of bureacrats to do their job. I say, sue the judge personally for violation of civil rights.
Further, the arrest warrant should have clearly stated which individuals were to be arrested. This is a clear case of a judge who needs to spend some quality time getting disbarred for his failure to to go after the correct individuals. Blank arrest warrants are fuel for civil rights violations lawsuits. How much money will this idiot judge further cost the taxpayers when the lawsuits start coming?
