In typical conservative fashion, the Heritage Foundation rubberstamps Total Information Awareness with a few minor provisions. I'm sure that DoD is running to comply with Scardaville's provisions. Had this scheme been implemented under Clinton, Heritage analysts would be rioting in the streets, not discussing ways of making the proposal more palatable.
