DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR STAY PENDING APPEAL

Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 62 and Local Civil Rule 7.1, defendant hereby moves the Court for a stay of its August 2, 2002 Order during the pendency of the appeal in this case. The reasons for this motion are set forth in the accompanying Memorandum, which is incorporated herein.
