We've been laying new carpet, painting, replacing the tiles in the ceiling, etc. for several weeks now at my job. I just moved into my new office today. Not bad, it's in a better location and has more room, but I am frigging tired of carting boxes back and forth. I'm going to sleep hard tonight.

I am doing some research since our entire division (75 persons) will soon be leaving the current building to move to another location. Since it is part of an acquisition, employees will be emotionally affected as well. So, I was wondering if you would have any tips on how to make it easier on everyone. I am not worried about the technical aspect of the move because we will have a cie specialez, it’s more about things that we should do to turn the page on our current building.
