Boycott Chinese restaurants? I don’t know of any Chinese restaurants in the United States that are owned by the Chinese government.
What that poster proposes is to punish American citizens or aspiring American citizens on the basis of where they or their ancestors emigrated from.
Why punish Americans just because they have roots in China?

Let?s rephrase Boycott Chinese Restaurants for a moment. True, Chinese Restaurants in the U.S.A. ARE NOT owned by the Chinese Government!
Most of them (if not all) are owned by average American citizens, or Chinese (or Taiwanese) immigrants looking for a better life in this country. I know an owner who is originally from Taiwan.
The reason people would Boycott Chinese Restaurants is cos mainly they might have been served either Rat, Dog, Horse, Cat. You get the picture.
