Here we are,
trying to be Kerouac and Ginsberg.
yeah. right.
Here we are
two hacks
who’ve taken up cynicism and pessimism as deities
faithful to our gods, we are
Negativity needs no disciples,
its self generating.
Yet our gods do not acknowledge us.
And I know Peter Pan to be a myth,
but tell THAT to society and expect comprehension.
Here we are,
trying to be Kerouac and Ginsberg.
